The GitLab Foundation provides grants that align with our mission and strategy. We use a portfolio approach to grantmaking, investing in strategies and interventions that have a particularly high return on investment (100x North Star ROI): creating opportunities for individuals, improving labor market efficiency, and strengthening collective action among key stakeholders.
