The Challenge
Across the US, most industries continue to experience a historic labor shortage. From healthcare and professional services, to manufacturing and construction, to retail and food service – employers are facing a constant challenge to recruit and retain staff.This is coupled with many un(under)employed people being overlooked due to unnecessary barriers to employment created by anything from their zip code to their history unfairly defining their careers.
Our Grant
Our partnership with RiseKit grant will help scale the adoption of RiseKit’s successfully piloted software platform by underwriting the cost of employer licenses, effectively subsidizing ATS integrations that enable a seamless user experience for hiring managers. This expansion will help corporations and large scale regional or national nonprofits and workforce organizations pilot RiseKit’s innovative approach and technology with less cost and risk.
The goal of this initial grant is to place 1,000 job seekers into jobs or training programs, while helping corporations streamline their local hiring initiatives through RiseKit’s technology.
